At Fox Chocks, we are dedicated to providing general aviation pilots and flight schools with premium, custom-engineered equipment. Because our products are built for tarmac durability and personalized on-demand, we operate under the following shipping, return, and privacy framework:

Return & Refund Policy

• Custom Engraved Orders: Every pair of Fox Chocks personalized with a custom N-number (tail number), custom logo artwork, or pilot name is made strictly to order. Because these items are uniquely personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

• Non-Customized Gear: For standard, non-personalized aviation chocks and accessories, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. 

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping label costs for standard returns. If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect or processing error, Fox Chocks will cover all return logistics fees.

• Requesting a Return: To initiate a standard return file, please submit an inquiry directly through our website Contact Us page with your Order ID number. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal) within 5–7 business days of warehouse receipt.

Shipping Logistics

We proudly manufacture our gear in South Florida and ship nationwide anywhere in the USA. Standard orders are dispatched via trusted domestic carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Custom orders require additional production lead time for graphic embedding before departure. Tracking information is sent automatically via email as soon as your gear leaves the hangar.

Privacy Framework

Your trust is essential on the ramp and online. Fox Chocks collects basic transactional data (name, email address, shipping destination, and payment processing tokens) exclusively to fulfill your orders and optimize our Google Analytics metrics. We strictly enforce secure network configurations and will never sell, lease, or distribute your private contact info to external marketing agencies.
